I've been using these sessions in my own training and with my athletes for a while now, and the results speak for themselves. You don't need to overcomplicate things to fit extremely high quality training into a busy schedule. These guides are clear and packed with real information, not filler. Check out whichever one fits what you need right now, and reach out if you have questions or want help fitting it into your own training.

    Free Fingerboard Session

A full fingerboard lift session on a half crimp, 20mm edge, with progressive loading built in before the working sets. I explain the why behind the half crimp and the edge size, not just the numbers to follow. Ideally you've been climbing consistently for 6+ months and have no current finger injuries.

    What's inside:

    • The progressive loading sequence before your working sets
    • Set, rep, and rest structure, with the reasoning behind each choice
    • An optional second grip variation

    Free Rolling Thunder Session

Targets the forearm muscles, the finger and wrist flexors and extensors, rather than the tendons and pulleys your fingerboard trains. Muscle adapts faster, so you'll feel gains sooner here. I break down why this is different from fingerboard work, not just what to do. Supplementary session, sits alongside your climbing and fingerboard work, not instead of it.

    What's inside:

    • Progressive loading before your working sets, and why it matters
    • The full lift protocol: sets, holds, rest
    • An optional grip variation that shifts more load onto the fingers and wrist

    Free Power Endurance Session

Two sessions I use with climbers to build the capacity to sustain hard climbing through long, sustained sequences. I walk through where PE sits in your training year and why the timing matters, not just the session itself.

    What's inside:

    • Two full sessions: a boulder density drill and 2 long boulder progressions
    • Loading guidance to check if the difficulty is right, explained not just stated
    • Where PE belongs in your training cycle, and why
